To comply with the restrictions and rules to avoid the eventual spread of the virus, things will be a little different when we reopen next week.

  • I will offer 3-week courses instead of drop-in classes. There will be several courses to choose from, and you will be asked to register for the 3 weeks for each course you want to attend. This gives me a better overview of how many of you will join each class so that I can ensure we respect the rules (mostly the 1 meter distance between everyone at all time).
  • Changing rooms will be closed off until further notice. Please, come to Terra already wearing your yoga clothes.
  • Bring your own mats and blankets. There will be space for you to leave anything you don’t want to carry back and forth. Classes will be planned so that you don't need blocs. If you want to bring your own anyway, you are welcome to do so.
  • If you don’t want to invest in a mat right now, you will be able to rent one of Terra’s mats (50 NOK) for the duration of the course (first come, first serve). No one else will be using that mat while you are renting it.
  • If you have a valid punch card, you will be able to use it for a course, by committing 3 classes from your card at the beginning of the course. (If you’re not sure about the validity of your card, email me.)

Welcome to Terra Yoga in Trondheim

Terra Yoga is more than a yoga center; it's a second home for its members, a safe oasis away from the distractions of daily life, and a caring community.
